Flexo Press Operator

The Marathon Group Recruiting, LLC, a distinguished leader in label and packaging industry recruitment, is seeking an experienced Flexographic Machine Operator. We are looking for a candidate who can bring industry-specific expertise and hands-on experience to our Colorado Springs facility.

Responsibilities

As a Narrow Web Flexo Machine Operator, your primary responsibility will be to operate 6-8 color Mark Andy, Comco, or Roto presses. You'll be entrusted with the production of pressure-sensitive labels and flexible packaging for a diverse range of industries, including food & beverage, nutraceutical, pet care, PRIME, ECL's, and the coupon marketplace.

Requirements

We require a minimum of 2 years of experience operating narrow web flexo presses. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience handling Mark Andy, Comco, or Roto presses. Being bilingual in Spanish will be considered an added advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

The company offers a competitive starting salary in the range of $28 to $35 per hour, along with excellent benefits. Additionally, relocation expenses will be covered.
