Your Role

As a Flexo Press Operator for Flexible Packaging, your primary responsibility will be operating W & H Novaflex, Comexi, or KYMC flexo press to produce bags, food packaging, and sleeves. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where precision and efficiency are paramount.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate flexo press to print bags, food packaging, and sleeves efficiently and effectively
• Adherence to the production schedule ensuring timely delivery
• Ensure quality control by executing necessary adjustments
• Work in 3- and 4-day shifts from 7pm-7am or 7am- 7pm.

Requirements for the Flexo Machine Operator for Flexible Packaging role

• Target experience is 3 to 15 years' experience in operating a wide web flexo press
• A proven track record in printing bags or flexible packaging
• Ability to work in a high-speed, multitasking environment
• Work authorization: Must be US citizen or US perm resident/green card holder or a refugee with DoHS work authorization.

Compensation and Benefits

• An attractive starting hourly rate of $30 - $37, depending on experience
• Shift differentials and overtime are available
