Lead Operator/ Flexo Supervisor

My client, a well- established label printer seeks to hire an EXPERIENCED Working Supervisor/ Lead Operator for their local facility.  This state- of- the- art facility handles everything from adhesive to die-cutting, ensuring consistent quality, fast lead times, and dependable labels.  The plant currently utilizes Mark Andy and Propheteer die cutting presses serving food & beverage, MFG, retail, agricultural, medical and transportation markets.  You will be responsible for managing 10 die cutter operators and 2 foremans within the department.  The company offers $40- $50 hr DOE + time and a half for overtime, full benefits and offers rapid advancement as business is surging.
