Flexible Packaging Sales Rep

A well-established flexible packaging printer is seeking an experienced Mid-Atlantic Sales Representative. This role involves selling flexible packaging, shrink sleeves and roll-fed labels, including in-line laminations printed on state-of-the-art flexo presses.

Key responsibilities include:
- Driving business growth
- Developing new customer relationships
- Maintaining existing accounts in the food & beverage, personal care, pet products, and consumer markets

The position offers a competitive compensation package:
- $150,000 base salary
- 3% commission on new business
- 1% commission on existing accounts
