A family in Kensington is looking for a reliable, long-term nanny who can offer a mix of sole and shared care for their 10-month-old daughter.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with babies and have a strong understanding of their developmental needs. They should be confident in following the schedule set by the parents while ensuring the babys needs are met throughout the day.

A typical day begins at the family home in Kensington at 8am. The nanny will take the baby out around 10am, following her usual routine. The role requires someone comfortable working alongside parents and grandparents, who live and work nearby and will be actively involved in the babys daily life.

Parents run a London art gallery and often travel for work to locations such as Milan, Paris, Madrid, New York. The nanny will accompany the family on trips approximately every six weeks for 3-5 days at a time. This requires someone flexible and interested in travelling often.

The parents are looking for a nanny who can adapt to their baby's schedule and follow their preferred parenting style, which is gentle and baby-led. They hope to find someone who will become a long-term member of the family and continue to support them in the years ahead.

The nanny will be responsible for all tasks related to the baby, including tidying and organising her room, doing her laundry, preparing meals, and assisting with housekeeping when possible.
