This is a non technical vacancy, we are seeking a communication specialist.

Description Vacancy : Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for clear, impactful communication? We are looking for a Communication Specialist to join our team and advocate for our Tribe within our organization.

As a Communication Specialist you will start developing and executing communication strategies within one of our new Squads. Once this Squad is on the map, you will extend the strategies towards other Squads within our Tribe and towards our Tribes stakeholders. From crafting compelling content and bringing the right messages across to our technical and business audiences, you will play a key role in building up our network and promote our Tribes services within Rabobank. You will also collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure communication is consistent, strategic, and aligned with key priorities.

Your responsibilities

Create and manage content for internal communication towards a variety of target audiences;

Collaborate with the Squads Product Owner to maintain consistent & correct messaging;

Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure communication effectiveness;

Adapt communication frequency and type based on emerging needs;

Measure and report on the impact of communication initiatives.

Your skills

Bachelor degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field;

2-5 years of relevant experience required;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Strong understanding of communication strategies and tools;

Experience with stakeholder management and change management;

Ability to simplify complex ideas and connect with diverse audiences;

Know how to leverage communities for effective communication with broad audiences;

Proficient in transforming data into clear and compelling visuals to enhance understanding;

Comfort and adaptability within technology-driven organizations;

Experience with Scrum or other Agile frameworks preferred.
