Job Description:
Gasunie is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager / Technisch Manager for new construction and renovation projects within its infrastructure operations in Groningen. This role will be central to managing and coordinating engineering processes for multiple complex energy-related infrastructure projects.
You will lead the coordination of commissioning (Cx) activities and ensure that technical designs meet project specifications, stakeholder requirements, and compliance standards. You will work in close collaboration with internal departments, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Responsibilities:

Serve as the technical point of contact during all phases of construction and renovation projects

Oversee the commissioning (Cx) processes, ensuring full functionality and integration of systems

Manage engineering deliverables and technical documentation

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align engineering designs with project goals

Monitor compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines

Identify and mitigate technical risks in a timely manner

Report progress, issues, and milestones to senior project management
Eisen (Requirements):
-
Afgeronde technische opleiding op hbo- of wo-niveau (bij voorkeur Werktuigbouwkunde, Elektrotechniek of vergelijkbaar)

Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Technisch Manager of Engineering Manager in complexe infrastructuur- of bouwprojecten

Aantoonbare ervaring met commissioning (Cx) en renovatieprocessen

Ervaring met projecten in de energie-, gas- of infrastructuursector is een pre

Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en ervaring met stakeholdermanagement

Proactieve en resultaatgerichte werkhouding

Vloeiend in Nederlands, goede beheersing van het Engels is een plus
