Technical Writer - Governance, Compliance and Risk

Key responsibilities:

1. Uplevel GRC Tooling Wikis: Combine and synthesize information across teams to create comprehensive and up-to-date wikis.
2. Draft 'Hot Topics': Coordinate with product strategy to draft 'Hot Topics' and potentially build a 'Tooling Digest'.
3. Manage Team Reporting: Oversee team reporting rhythm, including HPMs and Lookbacks, to ensure clear consolidation and themes across both teams.
4. Serve as Key Stakeholder for KM Project: Hold the team accountable for updating documentation for MRR as part of the overall maintenance plan, focusing on RCP Tooling first and then scaling into other cross functional teams.

Must have Skills:
1) Writing - technical specific - 8 yrs of experience in this space
2) The ability to write clear and concise documentation that can be consumed by a common user or executive
3) Skill in understanding complex solutions/ products turning it into meaningful documentation
4) Being able to work in ambiguity and adversity

Nice to have skills :

1) Past experience working at a tech company
2) Experience with technical writing on a product / go to market strategy

Education: Bachelors or equivalent experience
