Salary Range: $43,000 - $68,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on various materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Set up and operate welding equipment, including welders, grinders, and cutting tools.
• Inspect finished welds for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
• Troubleshoot and repair welding equipment and machinery.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to optimize welding processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• AWS Certified Welder (CW) certification or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in various welding processes (MIG, TIG, SMAW) within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and safety protocols related to welding.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with automated welding equipment
• AWS CWI certification or ability to obtain
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints
• Familiarity with NDT methods (e مثلاً VT, PT, MT)
• Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation
