Salary Range: $75,000 - $114,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order picking, and shipping of raw materials and finished goods.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Optimize warehouse layout and material flow to improve efficiency and space utilization.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality control departments to ensure timely and accurate material movement.
• Implement and manage warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and optimize processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and optimize lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety best practices in a warehouse setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with automated warehouse systems (AS/RS, AGVs).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) like SAP EWM or Oracle WMS.
• Project management experience, particularly in warehouse optimization or expansion projects.
• Bilingual (e.g., Spanish/English) to communicate with a diverse workforce.
