Salary Range: $58,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Train and mentor manufacturing personnel on new processes and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and perform minor maintenance.

• Allocate tasks and manage work schedules to meet production targets.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material procurement as needed.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• 1+ year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Proven ability to train and mentor team members
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality standards
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing machinery

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
