Salary Range: $98,000 - $145,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize costs and efficiency.
• Oversee inventory management, forecasting, and demand planning processes.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for all supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with production, sales, and logistics teams to align supply chain activities.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, mitigate risks, and improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards throughout the supply chain.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for supply chain planning and execution
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and their application to supply chain optimization
• Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts effectively
• Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) preferred
