Salary Range: $78,000 - $118,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Grand Haven that are seeking skilled Validation Engineers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and review validation protocols and reports for equipment, processes, and software.
• Perform risk assessments and generate validation master plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure validation activities align with project timelines and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate and resolve deviations and non-conformances related to validation activities.
• Maintain and update validation documentation to ensure compliance with cGMP and industry standards.
• Participate in internal and external audits to present validation strategies and documentation.
• Provide technical expertise and training on validation principles and practices.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related scientific discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in validation within a regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical device, pharmaceutical).
• Strong understanding of GxP, FDA regulations, and industry standards (e.g., ISO 13485).
• Proven experience in developing and executing validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) for equipment, processes, and software.
• Excellent technical writing skills for authoring validation documentation.
