Salary Range: $101,000 - $148,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize end-to-end value stream performance from raw materials to customer delivery.
• Develop and execute strategic value stream plans to achieve operational and financial targets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies to eliminate waste and enhance efficiency.
• Foster a culture of problem-solving and accountability within cross-functional value stream teams.
• Manage and mentor value stream personnel, promoting professional development and high performance.
• Ensure alignment of value stream activities with overall business objectives and customer requirements.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to maintain desired performance levels.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a focus on lean principles and continuous improvement.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive action.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and sustain value stream mapping and management processes.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with large-scale ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., AI, IoT, automation)
• Proven ability to mentor and develop other Lean practitioners
