Salary Range: $67,000 - $106,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with multiple companies in Lansing seeking experienced Training Manager / Coordinators. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical training programs for manufacturing personnel.
• Coordinate and schedule all internal and external training sessions.
• Maintain accurate training records and employee certifications.
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance data.
• Manage the learning management system (LMS) for course deployment and tracking.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate effective training programs (e.g., technical skills, safety, compliance).
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and various instructional design methodologies.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
