Salary Range: $108,000 - $156,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end value stream to achieve key performance indicators in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams using Lean principles and tools to identify and eliminate waste.
• Develop and execute value stream maps and future state plans to optimize material flow and information flow.
• Facilitate daily management systems and problem-solving activities to address performance gaps and sustain improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and production to ensure alignment and successful new product introductions within the value stream.
• Manage resource allocation and prioritize initiatives within the value stream to maximize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Implement and sustain a culture of continuous improvement and accountability throughout the value stream.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach
• Proven ability to mentor and develop team members in Lean principles
• Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., AI, IoT, automation)
