Salary Range: $61,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Directly supervise a team of 10-15 production associates, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Operate manufacturing equipment as needed to support production targets and fill staffing gaps.
• Conduct initial troubleshooting and minor maintenance on machinery to minimize downtime.
• Train new employees on standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Ensure all production activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Report production metrics, issues, and progress to management daily.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and motivate production teams.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and conflict resolution.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
• Ability to speak Spanish or other relevant languages
