Salary Range: $62,000 - $89,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train production line staff on manufacturing processes and safety protocols.
• Monitor production schedules and workflow to ensure timely completion of orders and adherence to quality standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and process issues, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular quality checks on manufactured products, documenting defects and ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Maintain accurate production records, including output, scrap, and labor hours.
• Enforce company policies and safety regulations, promoting a safe and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of production associates
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems
• Ability to train and mentor new team members
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
