Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of manufacturing projects, from concept to completion.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements, ensuring alignment with production targets.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within financial constraints.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, particularly those related to production, supply chain, and quality.
• Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration, including engineering, production, quality assurance, and supply chain departments.
• Monitor project progress, report on performance metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain project trajectory.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing processes and support the efficient introduction of new products.

Recommended Qualifications

• Direct experience managing projects within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality control principles.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Familiarity with CAD software or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools.
• Knowledge of automation technologies or Industry 4.0 principles.
