Salary Range: $86,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for raw materials, components, and MRO supplies.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable conditions.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance, and risk to ensure consistent quality and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with production and planning teams to optimize inventory levels and support manufacturing schedules.
• Identify and implement process improvements in the purchasing department to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and relevant regulations in all purchasing activities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the purchasing team to achieve departmental goals.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in purchasing and supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship skills.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems for procurement and inventory management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a purchasing team.
• In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards.

• Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proven experience with international sourcing and logistics.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP/MRP system implementation or optimization.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
