Salary Range: $86,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and closure of manufacturing projects from concept to completion.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to prevent delays and cost overruns.

Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience managing projects within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality control principles.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and risks effectively.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
- Proficiency in specific manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or MES systems.
- Direct experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for technical drawing review.
