Salary Range: $86,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of manufacturing projects from concept to completion.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, quality, and supply chain personnel.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to prevent delays and cost overruns.
• Ensure strict adherence to manufacturing quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular progress reports.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and implement best practices within manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing projects within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality control principles.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and risks effectively.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency in specific manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or MES systems.
• Direct experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for technical drawing review.
