Salary Range: $61,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to meet output targets and quality standards.
• Manage, train, and schedule production personnel, fostering a productive work environment.

• Track and report on key production metrics, including output, scrap, and downtime.
