Salary Range: $59,000 - $91,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and calibrate industrial robotic systems and peripheral equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on robotic cells to ensure optimal performance and extend lifespan.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues in robotic systems.
• Repair or replace defective robotic components, including motors, sensors, controllers, and end-effectors.
• Program and fine-tune robot paths, sequences, and logic for various manufacturing processes.
• Conduct safety checks and ensure all robotic operations comply with industry safety standards and regulations.
• Document maintenance activities, repair logs, and system modifications accurately.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting industrial robots in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell) and industrial robot programming (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, including the ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and repair of robotic systems and associated automation.
• Understanding and strict adherence to industrial safety standards and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial vision systems setup, calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet) and basic IT troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for reviewing mechanical designs.
• Experience with data analytics tools for predictive maintenance and process optimization.
