The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates for production, skilled trades, engineering, and supervisory roles within manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit for a manufacturing environment.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical manufacturing roles such as machinists, welders, and production operators.
• Utilize and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate progress and recruitment metrics.
• Ensure all hiring practices comply with company policies and employment laws relevant to manufacturing.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting for various roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to source and attract passive candidates for specialized manufacturing positions.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, roles, and industry-specific challenges.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
