Salary Range: $48,000 - $71,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using various measurement tools.
- Document inspection results accurately, including pass/fail status and dimensional data, into quality management systems.
- Identify, quarantine, and report non-conforming materials or products, initiating corrective action processes as required.
- Assist in the investigation of quality issues, root cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain and calibrate inspection, measurement, and test equipment (IM&TE) according to established schedules and procedures.
- Support the development and revision of quality control plans, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and manufacturing processes.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proficiency with precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical specifications, including GD&T.
- Experience performing quality inspections (incoming, in-process, final) and documenting results.
- Basic understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and data collection methods.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and quality management system principles.
Bonus Qualifications
- CMM programming and operation experience
- Internal Auditor certification (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100)
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification
- Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
