Salary Range: $87,000 - $133,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Oversee all quality control activities, including incoming material inspection, in-process checks, and final product testing.
• Lead root cause analysis investigations for non-conformances, customer complaints, and internal deviations, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure products and processes comply with all relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal specifications.
• Manage supplier quality programs, including audits, performance monitoring, and defect resolution.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and report on quality performance to management.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in implementing and maintaining quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Strong understanding and application of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, Lean Six Sigma).
• ASQ certification (e.g., CQM/OE, CSSBB, CQA) is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop quality teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience implementing or managing Quality Management System (QMS) software solutions
• Lead Auditor certification for ISO 9001 or relevant industry-specific standard (e.g., AS9100, IATF 16949)
• Proficiency with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for process improvement
