Salary Range: $86,000 - $132,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards.
• Lead and manage all internal and external quality audits, including regulatory and customer audits.
• Establish and monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee non-conformance investigations, root cause analysis, and the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) process.
• Manage supplier quality programs, including audits, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Ensure product and process compliance with relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in implementing and maintaining quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis).
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience implementing or maintaining advanced quality management system certifications (e.g., AS9100, IATF 16949, ISO 13485)
• Experience optimizing ERP/MES systems for quality data management
