Salary Range: $69,000 - $103,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and inspection plans.
• Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Perform internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) activities by developing quality plans and inspection criteria.
• Manage and resolve customer quality complaints, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing) or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in core quality tools and methodologies such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Strong understanding and practical application of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive effective corrective and preventive actions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Certified Lead Auditor (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949)
• Experience with ERP Quality Management modules (e.g., SAP QM, Oracle QMS)
