Salary Range: $101,000 - $148,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Implement and optimize manufacturing processes, leveraging lean principles and automation to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage operational budgets, identify cost reduction opportunities, and ensure effective resource allocation.
• Establish and enforce robust quality control procedures to ensure products meet customer specifications and industry standards.
• Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and inventory management to optimize material flow and minimize waste.

• Proven experience in manufacturing operations management.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong understanding and application of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of production planning, quality control, and supply chain management.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Demonstrated experience in implementing automation or Industry 4.0 initiatives
• Multi-site operations management experience
