Salary Range: $59,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are partnering with organizations in Hart that are seeking HR Generalists. Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for production, skilled trades, and administrative roles within the manufacturing plant.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations specific to manufacturing operations.
- Administer HR programs such as onboarding, benefits enrollment, leave management, and performance management cycles.
- Support managers in developing and implementing performance improvement plans and talent development initiatives for factory staff.
- Oversee workers' compensation claims, return-to-work programs, and promote a safe working environment in collaboration with operations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and leverage HRIS for data management, reporting, and analysis of workforce metrics.
Recommended Qualifications
- 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including OSHA regulations.
- Proven ability to manage employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment for production and skilled trades roles.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma exposure.
- Multilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish).
- Experience with skilled trades recruitment or apprenticeship programs.
- Active involvement in workplace safety programs or committees.
