Salary Range: $59,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Hart that are seeking HR Generalists. Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for production, skilled trades, and administrative roles within the manufacturing plant.
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations specific to manufacturing operations.
• Administer HR programs such as onboarding, benefits enrollment, leave management, and performance management cycles.
• Support managers in developing and implementing performance improvement plans and talent development initiatives for factory staff.
• Oversee workers' compensation claims, return-to-work programs, and promote a safe working environment in collaboration with operations.
• Maintain accurate HR records and leverage HRIS for data management, reporting, and analysis of workforce metrics.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including OSHA regulations.
• Proven ability to manage employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment for production and skilled trades roles.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma exposure.
• Multilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish).
• Experience with skilled trades recruitment or apprenticeship programs.
• Active involvement in workplace safety programs or committees.
