Salary Range: $111,000 - $160,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers.
• Oversee the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Manage engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, automation) to enhance production efficiency and quality.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience managing engineering teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Deep understanding and practical application of manufacturing processes, lean methodologies, and continuous improvement principles.
• Proven ability to manage complex engineering projects from conception through successful implementation, including budget and schedule adherence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving technical and operational challenges in a production setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., Industry 4.0, industrial IoT, AI/ML in production)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
• Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems relevant to manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Strong understanding of global supply chain principles and their impact on manufacturing engineering
