Salary Range: $79,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automated manufacturing systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and robotics.
• Program and configure industrial control systems (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell) for new and existing equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues with automation hardware, software, and integrated systems.
• Optimize manufacturing processes through the application of automation technologies to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to define automation requirements and integrate solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including electrical schematics, program logic, and operational procedures.
• Ensure all automation solutions comply with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
• Experience with industrial robots (e.g., KUKA, ABB, Fanuc) and machine vision systems.
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, Profinet).
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex automation systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence, Sick) for inspection or guidance.
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) integration.
