Salary Range: $79,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local EHS regulations and company policies.
• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs, policies, and procedures across the facility.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, hazard analyses, and workplace inspections to identify and mitigate EHS risks.
• Lead incident investigations for accidents, injuries, and near misses, determining root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs for all employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Manage hazardous waste disposal, air emissions, wastewater discharge, and other environmental programs.
• Prepare and submit required EHS reports to regulatory agencies and internal management.
• Oversee emergency preparedness and response planning, including drills and crisis management.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive EHS experience within a manufacturing setting.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other federal/state EHS regulations.
• Professional certification (e.g., CSP, CIH, CHMM).
• Proven experience developing, implementing, and managing EHS programs and management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Strong leadership, communication, and training skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification.
• Proficiency with advanced EHS management software (e.g., Gensuite, Intelex, Sphera).
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to support diverse workforces.
