Salary Range: $110,000 - $159,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians.
• Oversee the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes, equipment, and layouts.
• Manage engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing production efficiency, reducing costs, and improving product quality.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company quality management systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality assurance, maintenance, and R&D teams to resolve operational challenges.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement new manufacturing technologies and automation solutions to improve productivity.

Recommended Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams.
• Proven project management skills, including scope definition, budgeting, and execution of complex engineering initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a closely related technical field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of implementing effective engineering solutions to optimize production.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.
• Experience with automation, robotics, or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Familiarity with PLM or ERP system implementation and optimization.
