Salary Range: $82,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
  • Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors.
  • Ensure optimal operational efficiency and reliability of all manufacturing equipment and facilities.
  • Manage the maintenance budget, including spare parts inventory and external service contracts.
  • Oversee all equipment repair, troubleshooting, and installation activities.
  • Establish and enforce strict safety protocols and compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Utilize CMMS to track maintenance activities, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Recommended Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong technical proficiency with industrial equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing, mentoring, and developing a team of maintenance technicians.
  • Expertise in implementing and optimizing preventative (PM), predictive (PdM), and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) programs.
  • Proven ability to manage maintenance budgets, schedules, and CMMS software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

  • CMRP or CRL certification.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
  • Experience managing capital improvement projects for facilities or equipment.
  • Proficiency with advanced data analytics tools for maintenance performance metrics.
