Salary Range: $64,000 - $102,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and program PLC logic for automated manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Design and implement HMI/SCADA applications for system control and data visualization.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex PLC programs, industrial networks, and control system hardware.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to define and implement automation solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and calibration of control systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Document PLC programs, electrical schematics, and control system configurations.
- Provide technical support and training to maintenance personnel on automation systems.
Recommended Qualifications
- Extensive experience with PLC programming, specifically Rockwell/Allen-Bradley and/or Siemens platforms, in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in industrial programming languages including Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Function Block Diagram.
- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and troubleshoot HMI/SCADA systems.
- Solid understanding of industrial networking protocols such as EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, and Modbus TCP/IP.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for complex automation systems and electrical controls.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with HMI/SCADA development and integration.
- Proficiency in programming industrial robots (e.g., Fanuc, Kuka, ABB).
- Knowledge of industrial data management and database integration (e.g., SQL).
- Familiarity with version control systems for automation code.
