Salary Range: $76,000 - $116,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Develop and implement efficient inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and reduce carrying costs.
• Manage and motivate warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies within the warehouse.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to improve efficiency, productivity, and space utilization.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Implement and manage warehouse technology, such as WMS (Warehouse Management System) and RF scanners.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles, including FIFO/LIFO and cycle counting.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for warehouse operations.
• Ability to optimize warehouse layout and workflows for efficiency.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Lean Six Sigma certification
• - Experience with WMS implementation or optimization
• - Forklift operator certification (or ability to obtain)
• - Strong understanding of inventory control software and ERP systems
