Salary Range: $66,000 - $104,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all manufacturing personnel, covering safety, operational procedures, quality standards, and equipment specific training.
• Assess training needs across departments and identify skill gaps through performance reviews, operator feedback, and process analysis.
• Design and deliver engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, hands-on exercises, and e-learning modules.
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules and optimal attendance.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through post-training assessments, performance monitoring, and feedback mechanisms.
• Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and compliance documentation for all employees.
• Collaborate with department supervisors and subject matter experts to ensure training content is up-to-date and relevant.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices, new technologies, and regulatory changes impacting manufacturing training.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards relevant to manufacturing.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with learning management systems (LMS) for tracking and reporting training progress.
• - Proficiency in developing and delivering e-learning modules or virtual training sessions.
• - Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and their application in training programs.
