Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute validation master plans (VMPs) and protocols for manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.
• Perform IQ (Installation Qualification), OQ (Operational Qualification), and PQ (Performance Qualification) for new and existing equipment and processes.
• Write and review validation reports, documenting all testing results, deviations, and conclusions.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve deviations and out-of-specification (OOS) results during validation activities.
• Ensure all validation activities comply with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, GMP) and internal quality standards.
• Maintain and update validation documentation, including change control records and revalidation schedules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance) to ensure successful validation projects.
• Participate in the qualification of new facilities, utilities, and critical equipment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial) or a related scientific field.
• Proven experience in performing validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ) for manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or other relevant quality standards (e.g., ISO).
• Experience with writing and executing validation protocols and reports.
• Familiarity with change control procedures and deviation management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with statistical process control (SPC) software.
• - Familiarity with Good Automated Manufacturing Practices (GAMP 5).
• - Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and their application in validation.
• - Experience with data integrity principles and best practices.
• - Proficiency in scripting languages for automated testing (e.g., Python).
