Salary Range: $73,000 - $112,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute validation protocols for manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Document all validation activities, including test results, deviations, and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, GMP, ISO).
• Identify and troubleshoot validation-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain validation documentation and records in accordance with company procedures.
• Perform revalidation studies as required due to changes or scheduled intervals.
• Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to define validation requirements.
• Participate in the qualification of new equipment and systems.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) or a related scientific field.
• Proven experience in developing and executing validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) for manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA).
• Experience with validation documentation, including protocols, reports, deviations, and change controls.
• Proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods, and relevant software tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills related to validation activities.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with statistical process control (SPC) software and analysis.
• - Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• - Proficiency in data visualization tools for presenting validation results.
• - Knowledge of Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GAMP) guidelines.
• - Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBA) for automation.
