Salary Range: $79,000 - $119,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute validation protocols for manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.
• Document all validation activities, including protocol development, execution, and final reports.
• Identify and troubleshoot deviations from validation protocols and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, GMP, ISO) throughout the validation lifecycle.
• Participate in the design and qualification of new equipment and facilities.
• Maintain and update validation documentation and records.
• Support change control processes related to validated systems.
• Train and mentor junior validation personnel.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) or a related scientific field.
• Proven experience in validation engineering principles and practices within a GMP or regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of validation methodologies such as IQ, OQ, PQ, and CSV.
• Experience with authoring and executing validation protocols and reports.
• Familiarity with relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA) and quality systems.
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods for validation.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis tools.
• - Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• - Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements relevant to the industry.
• - Experience with automated testing frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Python, LabVIEW).
• - Certification in a relevant field such as CQE (Certified Quality Engineer) or similar.
