Salary Range: $70,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for manufacturing personnel, covering technical skills, safety procedures, and operational best practices.
- Assess training needs through performance reviews, skill gap analyses, and feedback from production supervisors and employees.
- Design and deliver training materials, including presentations, manuals, job aids, and hands-on exercises, tailored to specific manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules and efficient resource allocation.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through post-training assessments, feedback surveys, and monitoring of key performance indicators.
- Maintain accurate training records, including attendance, completion rates, and assessment results, for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Stay current with industry best practices, new technologies, and regulatory requirements to ensure training content remains relevant and effective.
- Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Engineering departments to align training initiatives with organizational goals and employee development plans.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, or Education.
- Proven experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and various instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in learning management system (LMS) administration and various training delivery methods (e.g., e-learning, on-the-job, classroom).
- Experience with performance management and skills gap analysis to identify training needs.
Bonus Qualifications
- - Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for tracking and reporting training completion.
- - Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and their application in training development.
- - Certification in instructional design or adult learning principles.
- - Experience developing and delivering e-learning modules or virtual training sessions.
- - Background in safety training and compliance within a manufacturing environment.
