Salary Range: $103,000 - $150,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, map, and analyze current state value streams to uncover inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Design and implement future state value streams focusing on Lean principles and continuous improvement.
• Lead cross-functional teams in problem-solving and implementing process improvements within the value stream.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the value stream, tracking progress towards strategic goals.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives and waste elimination throughout the entire value stream.
• Facilitate and champion a culture of continuous improvement and Lean thinking within the manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., supply chain, product development, sales) to optimize the end-to-end value stream.
• Manage resources and budgets allocated to value stream improvement projects.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and eliminating waste within production processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Experience with value stream mapping and implementing flow optimization strategies.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• - Experience with advanced statistical process control (SPC) software
• - Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, AI, machine learning)
• - Project management certification (e.g., PMP)
• - Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical devices, aerospace)
