Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including administrative support for production and management teams.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance for the administrative areas.
- Act as a primary point of contact for external vendors and service providers related to office functions.
- Maintain accurate company records, documentation, and compliance files pertinent to office administration.
- Assist with HR-related administrative tasks, such as new hire onboarding and employee record management.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, including managing phone systems and mail distribution.
- Monitor and manage the office budget, tracking expenses and supporting financial reporting.
- Ensure a safe and organized office environment, adhering to company policies and safety standards.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative leadership role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with office management software.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with diverse teams and external vendors.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively problem-solve and manage priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bonus Qualifications

- Familiarity with manufacturing safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) or quality standards (e.g., ISO)
