Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Manage office supply inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and safety protocols for administrative areas.
- Provide administrative support to senior management and production teams.
- Handle internal and external communications, including phone, email, and mail.
- Maintain accurate company records, documentation, and filing systems (digital and physical).
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as new employee onboarding and personnel record management.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in office management, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with ERP or manufacturing-related software.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction across all levels and external parties.
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and administrative support for HR functions.
Bonus Qualifications
- Familiarity with manufacturing safety protocols (e.g., OSHA) and best practices.
- Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software.
- Understanding of basic supply chain processes or logistics coordination.
- Exposure to ISO quality management systems.
