Salary Range: $71,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and qualify packaging solutions for new and existing products.
• Optimize packaging materials and processes for cost reduction, efficiency, and sustainability.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in packaging design, development, or engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) and knowledge of various packaging materials and their applications.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and packaging quality standards (e.g., ISTA, ASTM).
• Demonstrated ability to manage packaging projects from concept to production, including testing and validation.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with sustainable packaging materials and design principles.
• Proficiency in advanced CAD/3D modeling software (e.g., SolidWorks, ArtiosCAD).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards for specific industries (e.g., FDA, pharmaceutical, food).
