Key Responsibilities
- Manage all general office operations, ensuring seamless administrative support for manufacturing teams.
- Oversee procurement and inventory of office supplies, breakroom provisions, and essential administrative materials.
- Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs for office areas, liaising with production and external vendors.
- Provide administrative support for HR functions, including new employee onboarding, record keeping, and timekeeping.
- Process invoices, manage expense reports, and track the office budget.
- Maintain organized filing systems and databases for critical company documents, including production-related records.
- Facilitate internal communication and meeting logistics between management, office staff, and production personnel.
Recommended Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in office management, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with office management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of coordinating across departments.
- Experience with basic bookkeeping, budget tracking, and vendor management.
Bonus Qualifications
- Familiarity with ERP systems or manufacturing execution systems (MES)
- Understanding of basic manufacturing processes or supply chain operations
- Experience managing quality control documentation or safety records
- Exposure to Lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies
