Salary Range: $48,000 - $68,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and inspect for damage.
• Accurately record all incoming and outgoing inventory using the company's inventory management system.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling products according to customer orders and shipping specifications.
• Coordinate with carriers for pickup and delivery of goods, ensuring timely and efficient transportation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping and receiving area.
• Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
• Process shipping documents, bills of lading, and other required paperwork.
• Communicate with internal departments (e.g., production, purchasing) regarding inventory levels and shipment status.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a warehouse or shipping/receiving environment
• Proficiency in inventory management software and basic computer skills
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping

Bonus Qualifications

• Forklift certification
• Basic understanding of lean manufacturing principles
• Experience with shipping software (e.g., ShipStation, EasyPost)
• Familiarity with international shipping regulations and documentation
