Salary Range: $81,000 - $121,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations for significant equipment failures.
- Develop, optimize, and implement Preventive and Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM) programs.
- Utilize reliability tools such as FMEA, RCM, and FTA to improve asset performance.
- Analyze maintenance data and KPIs to identify trends, predict failures, and drive improvements.
- Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and engineering to implement reliability improvement projects.
- Evaluate new equipment specifications for reliability and maintainability throughout its lifecycle.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce unscheduled downtime and increase asset availability.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven expertise in applying reliability methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM).
- Proficiency in implementing and interpreting data from Predictive Maintenance (PdM) technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasonic testing).
- Strong analytical skills for statistical reliability analysis, including Weibull analysis, reliability modeling, and failure rate calculations.
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software for data extraction and asset performance tracking.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related Engineering discipline.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL) for data analysis and automation
- Experience with advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Advanced certification in a specific predictive maintenance technology (e.g., Vibration Analysis Level III, Thermography Level II)
