Salary Range: $44,000 - $64,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming materials and goods against purchase orders.
• Prepare, package, label, and load outgoing shipments according to specifications and carrier requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records by performing data entry and assisting with cycle counts.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
• Process all shipping and receiving documentation, including bills of lading, packing slips, and manifests.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external carriers to ensure timely delivery and shipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper handling of all materials.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Valid forklift operator certification and proven experience with various material handling equipment.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software and basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, inventory control, and order fulfillment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles or 5S methodology
• HAZMAT certification or experience with dangerous goods documentation
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to the local workforce or international suppliers
